With over 14 years of experience, I am a certified Natural Products Advisor with considerable knowledge in helping take the guesswork out of supplementation. I have worked locally at Nature's Fare, Simply Delicious, Farmbound, and Clio Marketing Nutraceutical Brokerage and Swan Lake Wellness to increase nutritional health and wellness for clients. My research and training is ongoing to ensure that all clients are current with information for their nutritional needs. I specialize in working with clients to target their wellness goals with food as the foundation for good health. I also support correct application of nutraceuticals for optimal benefits. Balance through Reiki

A Reiki treatment is a form of energy work that is used to bring a sense of balance and healing to the body, mind, and spirit. During a treatment, as your practitioner, I will use my hands to transfer healing energy into the client’s body. This energy transfer is designed to remove blockages and promote the body’s natural ability to heal. Treatments are done in a relaxed environment, with myself as your practitioner placing my hands on or just above your body according to Traditions of Usui Reiki practice. I provide counseling and wellness services specifically tailored for riders who have experienced MVA, accidents or injuries. Through my own personal journey, I understand the emotional and physical challenges that we face after an accident.

Working with riders to address any fears or anxieties they may have about getting back on their bike. We explore coping strategies, develop resilience, and work towards building confidence and trust in themselves and their abilities.

I also emphasize the importance of physical wellness for riders. I educate them on proper diet, strengthening exercises and wellness practices that can enhance their riding experience.

My goal is to empower riders to become healthier and stronger, both mentally and physically. I believe that through an holistic approach to healing, riders can regain their passion for riding with confidence to enjoy the freedom of the open road once again.
